Adv. Slim Said Abdallah Is a Founder and Managing Partner of Sepia Attorney & Associates, a Corporate and Litigation Law Firm in Zanzibar with partners in Mainland Tanzania.

Adv. Slim is currently serving as the President of the Zanzibar Law Society (ZLS) and Council Member of the East Africa Law Society (EALS). He is an experienced Advocate and Consultant, and his exeprience covers a wide range of sectors including Corporate & Commercial Transactions, Investment Laws and Tourism, financial services, project finance and aviation. 

Slim has worked for seven years as the Company Secretary to the Board of Directors for the Zanzibar Airports Authority assisting the Authority in compliance, investment issues and Litigation. Mr. Slim has been engaged in various transctions at government and private sectors including Merger and Acquisitions, Legal Due Diligence and Licensing of Services. Adv. Slim has also acquired positive reputation having served as a member to the Presidential Special Task Force on Democracy in Tanzania. 

Slim sits in various Boards in Zanzibar including the Board of Directors for the Law School of Zanzibar. He is also a member of the Stakeholder’s Committee for the Commercial Court  (High Court Division) of Zanzibar  and the Board member to the NGO that’s an afiliate of the Agakhan Foundation (AKF).

Adv. Slim holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B – Hon.) from the Zanzibar University and Master of Laws in Corporate Finance Law (LLM) from  Westminster University (London).
