• Advice on   tax   matters   including   the   most   tax-effective   structuring   of transactions and  the selection  of   appropriate  tax  structures  for  the establishment of new business;

• Negotiating with Tax Authorities ( i.e Tanzania Revenue  Authority and the Zanzibar  Revenue Authorities )

• Litigating on tax  matters  in  the  appropriate  courts,  including  Income  Tax Revenue  Appeals Board, and Tax Appeals
